The bedroom was spacious. It was really quiet on my floor. i liked the facilities in the room to request cleaning or quiet. the personnel were friendly and helpful. lots of dining options were nearby. This was very convenient.
The windows don't open. I needed to use air conditioning constantly to keep the room cool.

I arrived from sydney into haneda airport. The location was excellent. i took a free shuttle bus and a short walk to the hotel. it was easy to find with clear signage and helpful information points. i especially liked the self check-in and check-out machines, they worked well.
The staff wasn't helpful compared to other hotels. That was disappointing. nobody helped me bring my bags up to my room. nobody helped me call a taxi either, and , made things difficult.

I found the hotel just a short walk from terminal 3 along the skybridge. it was super easy to find and very convenient with many restaurants nearby (perfect for a quick bite). the overhead rain shower in my room was a delight. It really refreshed me before my flight.
i wish i could have accessed the onsen after checkout. it closes at 10am, and i had to check out by 11, so i had to rush to use it.
